FSMOne Review 2026: Is FSM Global Still the Best All-in-One Broker?

FSMOne is where a generation of Singaporeans bought their first unit trust. It started life as Fundsupermart, grew into a full broker, and in February 2026 its owner iFAST renamed it FSM Global. Most people still search for it as FSMOne, so that is the name used in this review.

The pitch has not changed much: one account for SGX shares, unit trusts with no sales charge, bonds, monthly ETF plans and CPF or SRS money. The SGX fee is a flat S$8.80 however big the trade. That is excellent at S$20,000 and poor at S$2,000.

I went through FSM’s current fees, its unit trust platform fee, the ETF regular savings plan, the October 2026 promotions and iFAST’s latest results. I also set FSMOne against POEMS and Tiger Brokers. Here is the complete, honest verdict.

What Is FSMOne (FSM Global)?

FSM Global is the retail investing platform of iFAST Corporation, which is listed on SGX. The business began as Fundsupermart in 2000, added stocks and ETFs under the FSMOne name, and was renamed FSM Global in Singapore and Hong Kong on 12 February 2026. The new name reflects iFAST’s push to serve investors across Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

The operating company, iFAST Financial Pte Ltd, holds a Capital Markets Services licence and a Financial Advisers licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is a trading member of SGX and a depository agent of The Central Depository (CDP), according to our FSM Global referral page.

iFAST is not a small start-up. It reported a record net profit of S$100.01 million and revenue of S$514.72 million for 2025, and lists more than 27,400 investment products across Singapore, Hong Kong, the US, Malaysia, the UK and China A-shares, per Mission Media’s report on the rebrand.

The honest caveat: FSM is built for patient, long-term investing. Its fee design rewards large, infrequent trades and monthly plans, not small, frequent ones.

FSMOne Fees in 2026: The Full Breakdown

Account opening is free, with no minimum balance and no inactivity fee. The fees below are from Beansprout’s October 2026 broker comparison (fees as of 2 October 2026) and StashAway’s fee guide (fees as of 5 October 2026). All exclude 9% GST.

Stocks and ETFs

MarketFee per trade
SGX stocksS$8.80 flat
SGX ETFsS$3.80 flat
US stocks0.08%, minimum US$3.80
US ETFsUS$3.80 flat
Hong Kong stocks0.08%, minimum HK$50
London Stock Exchange0.15%, minimum £15
  • SGX shares can sit in an FSM custodian account or a CDP-linked account. The flat S$8.80 also applies to selling shares held in CDP.
  • There is no custody, platform or corporate action fee on stocks and ETFs, according to The Kopi Notes’ August 2026 fee breakdown.

Best for anyone who trades SGX in lumps of S$10,000 or more.

ETF Regular Savings Plan (RSP)

  • 0% processing fee on buy orders, across more than 250 ETFs on SGX, HKEX, the US and London.
  • Plans start from S$50 a month, with no fixed commitment.
  • Selling still pays the normal trade fee.

This is FSM’s quiet best feature. You can put S$200 a month into an S&P 500 or world ETF, including London-listed versions, without a buy commission.

Unit Trusts

  • 0% sales charge on buy, sell and switch.
  • A quarterly platform fee applies to unit trusts bought with cash or SRS: 0.0875% a quarter (about 0.35% a year) on equity, balanced and alternative funds for the first S$300,000, and 0.05% a quarter (about 0.20% a year) on fixed income funds.
  • No platform fee on CPF-funded unit trusts. Top-tier Diamond clients are exempt.

Best for anyone who still buys funds at a bank branch, where a sales charge of several percent is common.

Hidden Costs to Know About

The flat fee on small trades. A S$2,000 SGX buy costs S$8.80, which is 0.44% of the trade. The same trade costs S$1.60 at POEMS Cash Plus and S$1.99 at Tiger Brokers.

US stock minimums. A US$2,000 US trade costs US$3.80 at FSM. Webull charges US$0 commission and POEMS Cash Plus charges US$0.

The unit trust platform fee. 0.35% a year on a S$50,000 equity fund portfolio is about S$175 a year, on top of the fund’s own expense ratio. It is still cheaper than a typical upfront sales charge, but it adds up.

FX spread. US and London trades need USD or GBP. FSM converts at its own rate, so compare it with the mid-market rate before moving large sums.

Cash accounts are not deposits. The FSM Cash Account and Auto-Sweep Account are not savings accounts and are not covered by deposit insurance.

Core Features: What FSMOne Actually Does

Funds, Bonds and Stocks in One Account — The Strongest Feature

Few Singapore brokers let you hold an SGX dividend stock, a global equity fund, a Singapore Government Security, a corporate bond and a London-listed ETF in the same account. FSM does. Its unit trust range is among the widest in Singapore, and it was the platform that pushed fund sales charges to 0%.

If you only want US tech stocks, most of this is wasted on you.

CDP or Custodian: Your Choice

You can keep SGX shares in your own CDP account or with FSM as custodian. CDP holding means dividends and corporate actions come to you directly, and your shares are in your name. Custodian holding is simpler for monthly plans and overseas markets.

CPF and SRS Investing

You can invest CPF-OA money in eligible SGX shares, ETFs, unit trusts and Singapore Government Securities, and CPF-SA money in eligible unit trusts. SRS money can go into stocks, ETFs, unit trusts and bonds. CPF-funded unit trusts carry no platform fee. Read our CPF OA invest-or-keep guide first, since the 2.5% CPF-OA floor is a high bar.

Managed Portfolios and Research

FSM offers managed portfolios (MAPS) built from its own fund picks, plus a large free research library and model portfolios. They suit investors who want guidance without paying an adviser, though a robo-advisor is simpler. Our best robo-advisor guide compares the options.

The Honest Assessment: What Holds Up and What Does Not

Stability holds up. iFAST is SGX-listed, profitable and licensed by MAS, and FSM has run since 2000. For a long-term account, that history counts.

The flat SGX fee is a real advantage at size. A S$20,000 SGX buy costs S$8.80 at FSM, S$16 at POEMS Cash Plus Starter and S$12 at Tiger. The bigger your trades, the better FSM looks.

ETF RSPs are among the best in Singapore. No buy fee, S$50 minimum and access to London-listed ETFs is a rare combination.

Small and US trades are expensive. The S$8.80 flat fee and the US$3.80 US minimum make FSM poor for anyone buying a few hundred dollars at a time outside an RSP.

The platform is functional, not slick. The FSM app and website are packed with research and products. Newer apps like moomoo and Webull are cleaner for simple trading.

The rename may confuse people. Some forms, emails and older guides still say FSMOne or Fundsupermart. It is the same company and the same account.

Choose FSMOne if you want funds, bonds, monthly ETF plans and large SGX trades in one long-term account.

Choose POEMS if you want US$0 US trades and cheaper small SGX trades from a broker with even more markets.

Choose Tiger if you want a modern app with CPF investing and do not need unit trusts or bonds. Our best brokers in Singapore guide compares the rest.

Who Should Use FSMOne

FSMOne is a strong fit if:

  • You buy unit trusts and want to avoid sales charges.
  • You want a monthly ETF plan from S$50 with no buy fee.
  • You trade SGX in amounts of S$10,000 or more.
  • You want bonds, Singapore Government Securities and funds in the same account.
  • You invest CPF or SRS money and want a wide choice of products.

FSMOne is not a strong fit if:

  • You buy small amounts of SGX shares often.
  • You mainly trade US stocks.
  • You want the simplest, most modern app.
  • You hold a large equity fund portfolio and do not want a yearly platform fee.
  • You want options, crypto or margin trading.

Is FSMOne Worth It in 2026?

For long-term investors who use its range, yes. Its 0% sales charge on funds, free ETF RSP buys and flat S$8.80 SGX fee on large trades are hard to beat in Singapore. It is also one of the few places to run a monthly plan into London-listed ETFs without a buy commission.

For a beginner putting S$300 a month into US stocks one trade at a time, FSMOne is the wrong tool. An ETF RSP inside FSM, or a zero-commission app, will cost far less.

The test for your first month: open the account, set up one ETF RSP from S$50, and place one SGX trade of at least a few thousand dollars. Check the contract notes against the table above.

Sign-up offer: new accounts opened with a referral code get up to S$58 in welcome rewards: S$18 for opening, S$10 for a net deposit of S$1,000 within 40 days, and S$10 for each RSP type (unit trusts, ETFs, MAPS) started in that time. Investors born on or after 1 January 2000 also get a S$5 rebate per eligible SGX stock trade until 30 November 2026. The FSM Global referral guide explains each condition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is FSMOne safe?

Yes. FSMOne, now FSM Global, is run by iFAST Financial Pte Ltd, which holds a Capital Markets Services licence and a Financial Advisers licence from MAS. Its parent, iFAST Corporation, is listed on SGX. Client cash and investments are segregated from company assets, and SGX shares can sit in your own CDP account. Broker accounts are not SDIC-insured.

Is FSMOne the same as FSM Global?

Yes. iFAST renamed FSMOne to FSM Global in Singapore and Hong Kong in February 2026. Existing accounts, holdings and logins carried over. The platform was originally called Fundsupermart.

How much are FSMOne fees?

SGX stocks cost S$8.80 flat per trade and SGX ETFs S$3.80 flat. US stocks cost 0.08% with a US$3.80 minimum, and US ETFs US$3.80 flat. ETF RSP buys have no processing fee. Unit trusts have no sales charge but carry a platform fee of about 0.35% a year on equity funds bought with cash or SRS. GST is extra.

Can I hold SGX shares in CDP with FSMOne?

Yes. FSM is a CDP depository agent, so you can choose a CDP-linked account for SGX shares or hold them with FSM as custodian.

Can I use CPF and SRS with FSMOne?

Yes. CPF-OA money can buy eligible SGX shares, ETFs, unit trusts and Singapore Government Securities, and CPF-SA money can buy eligible unit trusts. SRS money can buy stocks, ETFs, unit trusts and bonds. CPF-funded unit trusts have no platform fee.

Is FSMOne better than POEMS?

FSMOne is better for unit trusts, monthly ETF plans and large SGX trades, thanks to its flat fee. POEMS Cash Plus is cheaper for US stocks and small SGX trades, and reaches more exchanges. Many investors use FSM for funds and RSPs and another broker for active trading.

Final Verdict

FSMOne earns 4.0 out of 5 stars.

It earns its best marks for range and long-term value. Funds with no sales charge, bonds, CPF and SRS investing, CDP holding and the best ETF regular savings plan in Singapore, all from an SGX-listed company that has been around since 2000.

The deductions come from trading costs at the small end. The flat S$8.80 SGX fee and US$3.80 US minimum make FSM expensive for frequent small trades, and the unit trust platform fee is a quiet yearly cost.

Open FSMOne if you are building a long-term portfolio of funds, ETFs and SGX shares. Pair it with a zero-commission app if you also trade US stocks.
