Net Deposit = Cash Deposited − Cash Withdrawn − Value of Shares Withdrawn. Shares sold within the account (with proceeds remaining in the account) do not count as withdrawn. Withdrawing cash that was redeemed from reward coupons does affect your net deposit calculation. Do not withdraw during the holding period or you will forfeit the deposit rewards.
