From 15–21 Oct 2026 a 20% bonus on yuu conversions brings that to 1:1, but only after you first draw at least 30,000 Max Miles from HeyMax First, which carries an access fee that is refunded as you earn the miles back. No, as long as your HeyMax account stays active. HeyMax's current promotion terms define an active account as one you log in to at least once every 12 months.
Not directly. The indirect path is Max Miles → yuu Points → KrisFlyer, which under normal conditions returns about 0.83 KrisFlyer miles per Max Mile, a loss of about 17%. From 15–21 Oct 2026 a 20% bonus on yuu conversions restores a 1:1 result, but only after you first draw at least 30,000 Max Miles from HeyMax First, which carries a refundable access fee. HeyMax also runs a Max Miles Day on the 25th of each month, which has offered 20% milesback on yuu conversions in the past. Outside those windows, FlyAnywhere or other transfer partners usually offer better value than the KrisFlyer route.
FlyAnywhere lets you offset the cost of any air ticket — booked anywhere, on any airline, any cabin class — by submitting your receipt in the HeyMax app within 31 days of booking. HeyMax reimburses you in cash via PayNow at 1.8 cents per Max Mile. Award tickets are also eligible for their cash component, such as taxes and surcharges. The minimum redemption is 1,000 Max Miles, and you need enough Max Miles to cover the full amount on the receipt. This sets a floor value for every Max Mile you earn.
