Sign up for a new Pelago account

Create your account on the page the referral link opens, not from a fresh visit to the Pelago site or app. The two S$10 referral codes are added to your account once registration is complete.

💡Pelago gives new users who agree to marketing messages at sign-up a separate 10% off code (capped at S$5). That is your call. It does not affect the referral codes.

Choose a tour, ticket or activity, then apply one referral code at checkout. Use the second code on another booking. Both codes expire 90 days after they are issued.

You qualify if

  • You have never had a Pelago account
  • You click the referral link and sign up from the page it opens
  • You book in the Pelago app, not on the website
  • Each booking is S$120 or more and not on Pelago's exclusions list
  • You use the codes within 90 days of them being issued

You don't qualify if

  • You already have a Pelago account, however it was created
  • You registered without opening the referral link first
  • You try to stack a referral code with another promo code on one booking
  • You create extra accounts or use false details
  • Pelago has changed or ended the programme before you sign up

As a new Pelago user in Singapore you get S$20 in referral promo codes, issued as two S$10 codes once you register through the referral link. Each code takes S$10 off one booking made in the Pelago app, so the S$20 is spread over two separate bookings. The codes expire 90 days after they are issued. They are discount codes, not cash, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
No. Pelago's referral programme does not use a promo code or a text-based coupon field during registration. Pelago's terms say the new user must click the referral link and sign up for a new account from the linked page, so opening the link before you register is the only step. The S$10 referral codes then appear in your account automatically and are applied at checkout in the Pelago app.
